I think the thing I valued the most about your service was that you recognize that both the Client and the family are already stressed and you go out of your way not to add to that burden. I never had to worry that a worker would not show up or that you wouldn't be able to find a replacement or that the copy of the bill I needed for insurance wouldn't arrive. The workers themselves generally blended into our household and made things as easy as they possibly could.
